The bearing seat has the characteristics of compact structure, sensitive rotation, and convenient device maintenance. Where there are bearings, there must be support points. The inner support point of the bearing is the shaft, and the outer support is commonly referred to as the bearing seat. The upper cover and base of the split bearing seat can be separated, mainly bearing radial loads, suitable for aligning roller bearings and aligning ball bearings with cylindrical and conical holes. Traditional fixed bases for bearing pedestals often have threaded holes directly installed on mechanical equipment, which are fixed to the equipment using fixed screws. However, once the fixed base of such bearing pedestals is determined, it cannot be moved freely. However, in practical production and life, the requirements for fixed bases for bearing pedestals vary depending on the usage, and some equipment needs to change the fixed position of the bearing pedestals at any time, The traditional fixed base of the bearing seat makes it inconvenient to use the bearing seat.
Sand casting involves multiple steps, including pattern making, molding, melting and casting, as well as cleaning. Pattern is a form of sand accumulation, usually divided into two parts: upper sand and lower sand. After the sand is compacted enough to replicate the pattern, remove the upper mold and extract the pattern. Then, install all other plugins called core boxes and replace the upper cover. After the metal is poured and solidified, remove the casting, trim the risers and gates used during the casting process, and remove all adhering sand and scale.
